너무 크거나 무거운 캐리어는 힘들어요
엘리베이터가 없는 것과 늦은 시간에 체크인이 힘든 것이 최대 단점 위의 단점은 다른 손님들에게도 자주 거론되는 단점일듯 특히 리셉션이 8시이후에 닫는다는 정보를 전날 밤에 확인하고 일정을 바꿔서 체크인을 하느라 일정을 바꿨다 바우처에 기재되어 있지만 예약하는 손님들의 개별이메일로 알려주면 더 좋겠다 직원은 너무 친절했으며 중앙역이나 관광지 접근성도 좋았으나 체크아웃할 때 캐리어를 끌고 내려오는 것이 많이 힘들었다 체크인때는 친절한 직원분이 가져다 주셨음

좋은 숙소입니다
숙소가 오래되었지만 고풍스러운 느낌을 주고 숙박에는 좋았어요. 샤워시설이 조금 좁았으나 사용에는 어려움이 없었어요. 아침식사는 조그만 하지만 실속있는 구성으로 만족했습니다. 위치는 걸어서 다닐수 있을 정도로 좋았습니다. 근데 주차료 부과는 조금 아쉽군요

조금 애매합니다. 위치도 청결도도 서비스도... 위치는 시내와 중앙역 중간지점? 저의 경우는 5일 머무는 동안 3일은 근교를 가느라 중앙역에 갔었고, 2일은 시내를 둘러봤기에 위치가 적당했는데 그렇지 않다면 무거운 캐리어 밀며 걷긴 좀 애매한 곳.. 룸 바닥은 카펫인데 머무는 동안 청소기도 안돌리는지 전날 떨어진 작은 쓰레기가 며칠을 갔다는 ㅠㅠ 샤워실 배수도 엉망이어서 샤워하다보면 한강이 됐었다는.. 단 하나 맘에 드는건 객실이 매우 넓어서 대형 캐리어 두개를 활짝 펴놔도 널럴했다는~

It was not good choice for me. I chose this hotel because I need to leave early in the morning to take train at 7am but the hotel reception is not 24hrs so I left a note and key in the desk and self checked out (asking to charge the cost by card). I wanted to pay as cash, but there was no choice and now I charged 6.2 Euro higher than the estimated cost when I booked via hotels.com. I will figure out this later but anyway it is not good experience that I got charged for extra cost when I'm not agreed and not acknowledged of it. Also I thought no elevator in the hotel would be okay with me but it was not... This hotel is built very vertical way, so only 3 or 4 rooms per floor.... So we needed to go up 4 floors for room no.15 :( Rooms are quite newly decorated so I felt comfy but the building itself seems to be very old since the floor keeps squeaking whenever I walked or even someone above my room.

괜찮았음.
중앙역에서 도보 8분정도 거리입니다. 넓고 청결했으며 늦은 체크인에도 대응 가능했습니다. 방안에 냉장고가 없다는 점과, 엘리베이터가 없는 점 빼고 방 자체는 상당히 좋았습니다.

교통이 최고로 편리한 호스텔
- 페스트지역에서 부다지역으로 넘어가는 길(엘리자베트 다리 앞)에 숙소가 위치하여, 위치 때문에 최고 만족 (모든 hop and hop off 버스가 숙소 건너편에 정차하며, 걸어서 부다지역으로 넘어가도 됨) - 숙소에서 선착장까지 걸어갈만한 거리로, 크루즈를 타려고 할 때 편리 - 다만, 룸은 한번 체크인 한 이후에 퇴실할 때까지 청소해주지 않음. (요청하면 해줄 것 같긴 함)

장점 : 1. 방이 넓고 객실상태가 청결하다. 2. 야간열차를 타고 새벽에 도착하게 되어서 걱정했는데 전날부터 메일로 일찍 체크인이 가능하다고 답변해주었다. 방을 일찍 사용할 수 있었다. 3. 시간을 정확히 재보지 않았지만 역에서 10~15분 거리이고, 역을 나와서 시내 방향으로 쭉 앞으로 가기만 하면 되어서 길 찾기가 편하다. 단점 : 거의 다 맘에 들긴 했지만 엘레베이터가 없어서, 방이 4층이라 짐을 들고 올라가기 너무 힘들었다.ㅠㅠ 하지만 리셉션에서 도움을 제공하니 충분히 만족스러운 곳이다!

Die ganze Nacht kamen starke Essensgerüche in das Zimmer. Allerdings konnten wir das Fenster nicht schliessen, da es sonst viel zu warm gewesen wäre. Ansonsten stimmen Preis/Leistung einigermaßen.

The only good thing about this hotel is the price and maybe the location. I was told I would get a code in my email to access my key via an automatic machine, but I never received one. Upon arrival at midnight, we had to use the intercom system to get a hold of someone to finally let us in because the front desk is only occupied from 730-noon. It was only stairs to get to our room. The bathroom was so small 2 people could barely fit in it, it was out of soap, and the shower didn't drain, nearly flooding the whole thing. The hard water stains covered the entire shower and sink. The heat was on in May. The windows opened but the upper one was opened when we arrived and we were not able to close it. The storage was non-existent, and when we went to check out at 720 am, no one was there, so we had to just leave our key. Overall, we are young and wanted to save money, but I would never stay there again.

It is very convenient to the train station and to several of the sights. It was easy to walk where we wanted to go. Although the hotel doesn't have dining, there are several excellent restaurants in the area.

Sehr zentral gelegen, schneller Weg in die Stadt. Das Hotel ist jedoch sehr hellhörig und man bekommt alles mit was auf dem Gang passiert.

Came for Xmas market & city experience. Can’t fault hotel except for the road noise - & I’m being really picky here! Impressed that could get in room earlier than check in time. Key collection process was painfree. Only staff we met was at checkout & very pleasant.

It was a good stay-easy access and room.was comfortable especially the beds and shower. Loved the proximity to Mirabell and place to recharge the Fortress. Nice reception service in the morning!

Code for key to door was emailed. No problem getting in. Large, quaint room. We did not reserve parking in advance… not sure how to do that… so parked on street from 7:00 free till 9:00 am. Walking distance to old town with Christmas market stalls on the way.

Disappointing
We got allocated the top floor room - there was no elevator and having to carry luggages up 3 flight of stairs with no assistance, was definitely a feat. Then we had to carry everything down the next day. The doors were the traditional lock and key (only 1 key provided) so if someone else leaves, you either choose to NOT lock the door (or risk not being able to leave the room in an emergency) or having to climb down 3 flights of stairs to let your partner in. The condition of the room and toilet were also just mediocre. Would not stay more than as a transit hotel- even that was disappointing for the price we paid.

Muy buena propiedad con una muy buena localización. Lo único incomodo es que no tienen elevador ni personal 24 horas en la recepción. El baño, inmaculadamente limpio. La señora de la recepción, muy atenta y profesional. Recomiendo esta propiedad, aunque solo para personas que no tengan dificultad para desplazarse.

unfortunately was the window of our room towards the main street, which was very loud, even during the night. beside this, we liked the accommodation and would like to go again, if there is the chance to get a room, where the outside noise is not that terrible like this one.
