"Check in and out process was very easy, the breakfast was great with variety and freshness, room was clean and in great condition. Only complaint is the pool was down while we stayed. "

"Front desk ladie was so nice and helpful (she told me her name but i forgot didnt have name tag) the room we stayed in was not vacuumed and there was popcorn in the bed they did come straight to clean it no vacuum though. No blankets in room we had pillows no cases and only the big bed with sheets. Nothing for pull out . We were told there was breakfast but not there "

"The hot tub is not currently working (3/2026). Not many towels available for the pool. The front desk woman was more interested in her iPad than helping customers. The breakfast was good, but the tables were not kept clean, no sanitizer available. Lots of children running the halls and the room above ours. Unfortunately, did not get much sleep. "

"Room was dirty. Hair all over in the shower. Stunk really bad. outside was a dump and no lightening at night. Not even the sign was lit up. Service was terrible guy could hardly talk he was so stoned. stayed one night and went somewhere else. But was still charged for 2 days. Was not going to try and reason with a manager that was incoherent. absolutely terrible!"

"We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel. "
