โRoom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Easy to walk around the town. No need to drive. Very quiet and clean in Penn Yan.

โThis property was in a great location. Away from the main highway. Directly on the water. The rooms were client and comfortable. I loved the chairs outside the front door to overlook the property and the water. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Only complaints would be that you can definitely hear the people above you if you are staying on the bottom floor. I would have loved a coffee pot in the room. I did find out on my last day there that there was coffee and muffins in the dining...
โThe cabins were quaint and peaceful. The fresh farm to tableโฆmade from scratch breakfast was superb! The homemade grape juice was made from their vineyard. They gave great recommendations on where to go and restaurants. A wonderful experience! โ
โSome of the building showed wear and tear, but very clean and no safety hazards. Very well attended, as well. Great place to lay our heads and located close to many conveniences and excellent dining opportunities.โ
โItโs so unusual to have a restaurant at the hotel and we had excellent food and service there! Friendly staff throughout! The place is older and some areas in need of repair but an excellent choice for the money. โ
