“the breakfast was great. the pool was a nice way to relax at the end of a long travel day. the staff was terrific. the grounds were a delight. flowers, birds, and butterflies everywhere. however, just an fyi: to those susceptible, like me there are pretty bad mosquitos. especially on the river walk. my wife noticed at the end of our stay that there is mosquito repellent at the desk. ”

“Stayed for two nights. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The lodge is situated close to the river which is good for swimming and has it's own forest reserve. We did two very enjoyable guided walks on the reserve with local guides who were extremely knowledgeable. We stayed in the family room which was rather rustic but plenty big enough for a family of four. The main frustration was the cold shower which didn't get fixed despite reporting on the first day. “The grounds are absolutely stunning, we had a riverside room and it was pure paradise! Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. There's an excellent hiking trail throughout the property as well as a guided tour available across the suspension bridge into the park. Highly recommend this place for bird watchers and jungle enthusiasts alike!”
