Hi Anonymous. Sorry you feel this way about your stay here and your dissatisfaction with our help in terms of transportation and communication. We always try our best and normally do go beyond and above with helping all our guests with any inquires and transportation but sometimes there is a lot of people with many question at the same time. We do rely a little that our guests also help themselves finding their way around. Since I dont know your name and your date of stay I dont know if you stayed with us under the times where things where a bit hectic for us here in the resort where we was in the hospital for a few days and not able to tend as much to all the guests and queries. But not an excuse, the staff should have been helping you with your transportation and they always do if you ask them. We have tricycle drivers stand by from our staffs family. Anyways we hope you enjoyed the resort, beach, sunsets and food during your stay here and thank you very much for the feedback. It gives us chance to look into and improve our services and communication no matter the situation.
