For a three star hotel, this is worth the price. It's a little rundown, but clean, good beds, great staff. Breakfast had good options for Americans.

Exceptional staff. We had a group of 15 which included my autistic 13 year old. The staff was unbelievably serviceable, the food options great! We’ll definitely be back to San Andrés and will stay @ Sea Flower! Highly recommend for any autistic guests.

Terrible service the lady at the front desk was great other than that I will never stay at this hotel again. I literally stayed one night packed up my stuff and booked another hotel and let them keep it.

Mais prós do que contras!

Primeiramente, o atendimento foi excelente por parte de todos, desde a recepção até o staff do restaurante, Stiven, Kelly e todos os demais. A localização é boa. Para se ter uma ideia, é uma rua que dá diretamente no aeroporto, em uma caminhada de 15 minutos. Como eu estava apenas com uma bagagem leve e com rodinhas, fui e voltei a pé. Quem pega um apartamento com vista é privilegiado (ap. 701). Mas fique atento com o som de um bar bem na frente. Leve tampoes de ouvido, pois chega a ser insuportável, mas não funciona todos os dias. A comida, apesar de simples, é deliciosa e bem temperada, parecendo até com a comida brasileira. Em oito dias de hospedagem, quase não houve repetição dos pratos principais no jantar nem no café da manhã. O que eu vejo que precisa melhorar são as instalações. O hotel está precisando de uma reforma. Elevadores e móveis muito velhos e desgastados, box de acrílico no banheiro. Merecia uma renovação. Outro ponto que me deixou frustrado foi a proibição de jantar no outro hotel Sol Caribe Centro, como informado na reserva. E também não é permitido passar o dia no Sol Caribe Campo, como também informado quando da reserva. Mas a barraca de praia funciona lá na praia de San Luis, mas sem transfer. Pelo menos o ônibus passa bem na frente do hotel Sol Caribe Sea Flower. Mas a estadia foi muito boa. Pela simpatia e pelas excelentes refeições, eu voltaria a me hospedar nele (estive hospedado em maio/junho de 2024).

MUY AGRADEBLE ESTADIA

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca al muelle donde se toman las embarcaciones para los tours marítimos. No tiene playa al frente, pero a cuadra y media encontramos una magnifica playa. El hotel que enfrente del famoso parque de la Barracuda, que es el punto de encuentro de los tours turísticos terrestres. Junto al hotel hay buenos restaurantes, y la zona comercial esta a una cuadra de distancia, Hay muchos sitios para alquilar carros, motos y contratar tours turísticos. Por ser un hotel de la cadena SOLAR se puede hacer uso del club de playa ubicado en el barrio San Luis, donde la playa es espectacular.

wir waren für eine Nacht in dem Hotel . Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Sauber und groß ! Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut . Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen . Im Zentrum und nah zum Strand . Warmwasser und Internet waren vorhanden . Guter Service

Esperaba mucho más de ese hotel

A nivel general me parece costoso para lo que ofrece. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía buena vista, ni balcón, el hotel no tiene piscina, si se quiere este servicio toca ir a los otros de la cadena sol caribe. La comida no es muy variada. El televisor es muy pequeño, en la ducha las separaciones entre baldosas están manchadas. Las fotos en este portal solo muestran las habitaciones "supuestamente buenas", porque la que me tocó nada que ver con estas fotos. No volvería.

Well located, but property needs a refresh

This is a tired property that needs a refresh. It's a good value for an all-inclusive, well located in "El Centro" of San Andres's main town and steps from the beach and some cool restaurants. But I was disappointed that the bathroom was as dingey as it was. The shower door was rusty and grimey. The sliding doors that opened to our oceanview balcony were old and got stuck frequently. Time for an update. That said, it's still a decent value, oceanview, and well located, and I'd probably go back.
