Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

“The breakfast was made to order and excellent, best complementary breakfast we have had. Fresh mango juice and sliced pineapple for each guest and wonderful coffee. Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is provided or eat in the lounge are or in the comfortable seating in the patio/ pool area. ”

“Location and hotel were nice overall. Walkable, close to a lot of the water excursions in the area. Rooms are very basic, I expected more for the price we paid. Free breakfast was nice. The shower soaps smelled super bad, not sure if it was just the brand. Staff were friendly, they were a little stingy with the towels. ”

“bad location 1. needed to take a taxi to get there it costs 15,000 pesos every time. 2. nothing near the hotel. no beach no market to walk service was good ”

“service aux chambres terrible. bouteilles d'eau non-incluses, la femme de chambre ne laissait pas de serviettes malgré ma demande à chaque jour. pas de savon malgré ma demande. service aux tables inexistant, j'aime avoir une coupe de vin rouge aux repas et c'etait une mission presque impossible se faire servire. je devais demandé 2 à 4 fois en allant au comptoir et je le recevais 20min plus tars si je le recevais car parfois je ne recevais pas. franchement cela pourrait être un bel hotel, mais...
