First room a was assigned was trashed with sex items. And they ask for a $50 deposit. I found roaches in the second room i was givin, holes in the walls and tons of mildew in the bathroom and ceiling around the bathroom in the main room. Never again.

Theyll steal your money, like they did mine. They dont take expedia but won't inform you until you check in and you wont be able to give you your money back. They said i failed to check in but i was there for a few hours minutes after i booked the room at the front desk on and off the phone with customer service....

Im not one to leave reviews but this place needs one. 1st off even if you book 2 rooms together be prepared to get there and have them be charged separately, and have to pay a $50 deposit twice. 2nd if you have extra guest that you did not include its an additional $50, even though they have a sign in the rooms saying extra people are $3 3rd once you swipe your card good luck getting a refund. I was upset with having to pay a 2nd deposit and wanted to cancel both rooms and go somewhere else, but because i swiped my card they would not let me get a refund for the first room, so i ended up having to stay there, pay the extra $150 in deposits and extra guest fee. Going into the rooms they were dirty, ash stains all over the sheets, wires hanging, smoke detectors missing, no remote for the tv, showers we're dirty. Staff was no help and very unprofessional. Just ruined a good day for me and my family.

Our stay here was horrible, first room was ready but the bed sheets were dirty and stained the second room was fixture wise was better but room smelled of cleaning products and urine, we had a woman screaming like she was getting murdered out side it felt very unsafe. We checked out a day early due to these isssues but Motel 6 refuses to refund

I took several photos and a video of the room that needed 3 different remote controls before working new sheets because they were dirty, spots and hair, hair on toilet seat that was dirty with pee stains (wasn’t cleaned) and same with restroom counter. Had to ask for a microwave because there wasn’t one like reservation stated. I paid for a room I changed sheets in and had to ask for things that should have been there. The fridge didn’t work and my food went bad. I feel I should be reimbursed.

Good location. But no microwave or refrigerator. The water in the bathroom sink never got warm. I thought that they would have small samples of bathroom things. I was staying 1 night so I didn’t pack those items. The room was clean and well maintained. Might stay there again.

So the bed was crap, I could not hardly walk after sleeping in this bed. The pics of the rooms showed a microwave the room didn’t have one and I was surprised there was no mini fridge, this room was not a $70 room. If anything it was probably $50 room needless to say I will not be staying here again, nothing against the staff. They was friendly. I’m a disabled veteran and I’m glad they had an elevator.

Super friendly and helpful!
We booked the room through the hotels app, it was supposed to have a refridgerator, but when we got the room, it didn’t, we spoke to the hotel staff and they immediately started looking for a room to give switch us too. They were able to get us the perfect room for our stay! They were very kind, and accommodating!
