Thank you for the review. We are sorry for your inconveniences, but we place on hold the type of room Expedia request to us in behalf of you until you arrive. If later you want something different we try to accommodate your needs depending on availability . THere is no free faring in downtown San Antonio Probably you didn't read neither expedia site not ours. We don't charge any other fees other than what expedia told you. We don't know who may have tolled about about homeless people sleeping in the garage but that is not true Thank you

Thank you for the review. Across the street parking is public parking with no security at nigh or day, frequent break in, not in and out privileges, not covered garage. Hotels next or on the Riverwalk don't serve free breakfast. Thank you

Valerie, our operations manager has in her phone all the days she called you to ask your permission to go to the room to check, repair or replace the TV or to assign you an other room. Yet, Every time she called you , you didn't want her to go the room for one reason or another. But later you wanted a refund. We believe your review is not honest. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry parts of your car were stolen , but you parked in public parking, not with us. Had you mentioned to us during your stay, you had problems with Tv remote, or Jetted tub, we could have assigned another room or refund your money

We understand your frustration , but probably you were in a hurry and didn't have time to listen to front desk agent upon checking-in, not read the welcome letter. Most hotels in the Riverwalk area offer valet parking for oversized vehicles like yours, at a very hefty rate. Instead we give our guests the option to park oversized vehicle in front of the hotel in a public parking lot for a small fee. It is very unusual the bathroom would not have have all the toiletries you are mentioned . Rooms are meticulously inspected before guests check in Probably you overlooked where they are. But above all we are very surprised you didn't mention any of this problems to from desk. They could have assigned you another room or give you a refund. Instead you chose to complain after checking out when there was no time to make your stay better Thank you

Thank you for the review. We understand your concern, but we keep a copy of a guest's Driver License staying at the hotel for the protection of other guests as well as for the hotel safety . It is legal in Texas. Please see: BUSINESS AND COMMERCE CODE. TITLE 11. PERSONAL IDENTITY INFORMATION. SUBCHAPTER C. SUBTITLE A. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
