The room was very clean, and the ceiling fans were great for helping the kiddos sleep as if they were at home. There was a good selection of food at both the afternoon break and breakfast, and the entire staff was so friendly. "

"Hotel was updated however you can tell the bathtub and toilets are old. They were stained and tarnished. The beds were horrible; especially the sofa bed. Also, there aren’t many options for the breakfast."

"We will definitely choose to stay here again for a longer visit. Every staff member was personable and helpful. The valets are incredible and helped us navigate self-parking very kindly. Loved that we could walk right out to the Riverwalk. Our room was on of the nicest we have ever stayed in. "

"Nice room, spacious bathroom. Everyone was friendly. We opted to stay an extra day which was readily accomodated. I rented a scooter for my elderly mother which our concierge helped with. The restaurant was great as was the breakfast cafe."
