I didn't compete my check in. They stated they didn't have the room i had booked through Expedia so they were gonna charge me 10 dollars extra and 60 dollar deposit when i got the message from the property stating it was a 50 dollar deposit. When i refused to pat the extra the guy at the counter said or i could pay 70 or 80 dollar deposit. They encourage you to pay it cash so you could get it back when leaving but i don't know if they even want to give it back full at check out. I asked them for a refund since they're not the part of the agreement in the application. He denied and said they don't even know how third party booking apps book. They only do it there and in person. I called expedia but it was a lost cause since they usually hard to reached out to. I prefer to lose the 34 dollars than lose possibly a deposit in the morning. So I left. Stay away or be aware.

Staff acts like towels are a currency, paper thin and was only given two for two people, wouldn’t give more until the others were given back. When the others were brought back they said that it was locked up and had no access to them. I’ve slept on the ground in the military that was more comfortable than their mattresses.

Overall wasn’t too bad, but less than what i expected being its a “Ramada”. Property is somewhat fenced and when I arrived to check-in, there was two police and a fire truck on the grounds, and an obvious disturbance. Bed was quite comfortable but the room overall (bathroom had insects, shower needs work, cannot take a bath and very few towels) was somewhat uncomfortable. For the price and it being last minute, it’s ok, and the proximity to highways in itself would make travel easier

Rate was more than advertised, had to pay an additional deposit to stay. Room had hair on the floor and the water for the shower wouldn't turn on so I was unable to take a shower at all. Bed was very hard and lumpy and the pillows felt like rocks. Tried to Check out on the morning and no staff was available. I called the number after waiting 20 minutes and the front desk personnel was on the property doing something else. Poor management and very unsafe area as a lot of transient people roam freely in the parking lot. Not worth the price

I know that these are budget hotels, but could they even make an EFFORT to make a room NOT look like a toddler tried to spackle the wall?! Is it possible to clean the walls? Is it possible to put a new toilet seat in that is actually ATTACHED?! I would be disgraced to say that I owned this place in this shoddy condition. They need to knock this place down and start all over.

The price was low and that’s how they draw you in, which is fine if you’re looking for a cheap room. The problem is that they have a $60 deposit which you are going to have to fight to get back. They’re banking on the fact that lots of people won’t fight too hard and that’s how they make money, keeping your deposit. I would just choose another hotel in the future.

This property had blood in the tub, tube was dirty as well. Ashes in the sink. Fridge smelled and was dirty. Room smelt as soon as you walked in. Bed was made but upon further inspection there was a large cigarette burn in the bed straight through the sheet to the mattress. I refused to stay there and left. Now fighting to get my money back as it was not up to standards.

Did not mention beforehand of an additional security deposit before I traveled 1 1/2 away with my 2 dogs. Basically told me not my fault and not my problem. Also gave the impression that I was an annoyance after explaining my dilemma of not having the extra funds because nothing was mentioned beforehand. Very unprofessional.

This place is terrible!!! One of our rooms we checked in and the housekeeping was still cleaning, she told us the room was no able to be used as it needed a deep cleaning. She got us a different room. After a few hours our other room was discovered to have roaches (I took video of at least 5 crawling around). When I asked for a new room the front desk said there were no other rooms. We had to threaten calling the health department before they even looked to switch rooms. Almost all rooms being rented are locals for long term usage and the area in general is very run down and doesn't feel safe

Only good thing was there was hot water with pressure, yet it eas brownish. Vagrants waking me up at 4am going through the trash can. Then at 5am the Alfred Hitchcock black birds were carrying on by the 100's. Cigarettes buns on the blanket and sheets. Door had a gap over an inch to et any bug crawl in. I killed a few cockroaches.

For the price i expected it to be nicer. Crockroches r absolutely horrible. My deposit wasnt refunded. I believe that the front desk is keeping it. Drugs r horrible here, dealer right next door the traffic there kept us up. Owner doesnt care he said as long as they pay.

Cheap, clean but noisey
The stay was convenient and check in was fast and easy. The rooms were ok for the price but there was a lot of noise from side rooms and upstairs room.. We chose to just leave it to prevent issues with other customers.

This is the first time staying I felt not comfortable with the front desk male clerk or assistant manager whatever he was. He was not professional and inconsiderate. I will not consider checking in with him working there. I sent text message to the real owner and manager of this hotel I been staying there since 2020.

Very disappointed in male clerk. TV didn’t work because no remote. I checked in at 11:00 night and walked back to lobby to let him know I didn’t have working TV. He said he would bring me remote never did. Next day problem with second male who came and said you checking out I said no I am waiting for new room for king bed. He said you have wait until 3:00. I said can I wait here because cold until housekeeping come clean he said no leave. No consideration.
