The two ladies at reception were extremely nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. The rest of the property was a mess. The breakfast was very poor for the price, cleanliness was well below acceptable standards, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was terrible. The location is good, but by international standards I would consider this closer to a 1-star hotel. Also, be aware that the hotel consists of multiple buildings. Depending on the room you are assigned, you may actually have to leave the main property and walk up the street to another building. Overall, the location is convenient, but the condition, cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money were very disappointing.

O hotel Ć© bom, porĆ©m no primeiro dia tivemos que ficar num prĆ©dio muito ruim, com as janelas quebradas. No dia seguinte, em contato na recepĆ§Ć£o, efetuarem a troca para o prĆ©dio principal, que no caso seria da reserva. Nesse a estadia foi muito boa!

Complejo bastante agradable, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar en familia. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro. AdemĆ”s posee buenos dormitorios. El Ćŗnico punto negativo encontrĆ© yo que fue el desayuno, ya que a pesar de que habĆ­a poca variedad no habĆ­a agua caliente a libre disposiciĆ³n, habĆ­a que hervir si se acababa del dispensador. En general bien.

Comentario sobre Las Rocas apart. Complejo Base 41

Nosotros reservamos en hoteles.com en Complejo Base 41 y al llegar nos enteramos que en realidad era en unos apartamentos que le llaman Las Rocas que no es lo mismo que el hotel Complejo Base 41. AclarĆ³ que mis comentarios son acerca de Las Rocas. A estos apartamentos mĆ”s que mantenimiento les falta una remodelaciĆ³n o renovaciĆ³n. EstĆ”n muy viejos y las instalaciones malas. Camas viejas, baƱos viejos, la calefacciĆ³n no sirve no es suficiente. Las rocas los separa del hotel una calle enlodada que se congela y la hace riesgosa. Mi hija se cayĆ³ y lastimĆ³ la espalda. Los caminos del hotel se congelan y es muy resbaloso y riesgoso. La puerta compartida de entrada al complejo se desprogramĆ³ 2 veces y no te dejan entrar por la puerta principal del hotel aunque las rocas sea parte de su complejo. En fin una decepciĆ³n total. Cuando reserven aseguren de contactar al hotel y que les confirmen si es el hotel o un apart-hotel o que es para evitar. Desconozco las condiciones del hotel.

Mi Ćŗnico reclamo es en relaciĆ³n al desayuno , el cual dicen buffet y solo te dan un par de panecitos y un quequito con unas galletas dulces , solo mantequilla y dulce para el pan , encontrĆ© muy malo el desayuno , deberĆ­a tener variedad . La piscina muy sucia , daba asco meterse .
