Everything you need

We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well.

Close to 2 nice low key restaurants and a grocery store, view of the lake, clean, warm, nice beds, everything works great. Right on Ave Bustillo with single pane windows and very noisy well into the late night hours.

Wonderful place but dont disturb the owner

Great place and nicely decorated. The lady owner gets very impatient and rude at times when you ask for help (perhaps its because i cant speak spanish well) and that may spoil your day. Graciousness has room for improvement.

O apartamento é ótimo, confortável e completo. Tem uma vista incrivel do lago e tem aquecimento no chão. O único defeito é estar longe da cidade, o que nao é um problema se vc tiver um carro alugado. Ou entao tera que tomar um táxi.

Buena relación precio / calidad pero ruidosas

El apart estaba muy bien ubicado (a 4 km del centro y cercano a la subida para el centro de ski). La relación precio / calidad resulta atractiva. Mi única critica tiene que ver con el hecho de que es muy ruidosa porque las habitaciones del frente dan a la avenida Bustillo, que es una avenida por donde transitan autos permanentemente... y son aberturas vidriadas del piso al techo... Los dueños fueron muy amables.

Excelente custo-benefício. O quarto é imenso, confortável e calefação muito agradável. Você pode ver o nascer do sol no lago que fica bem em frente, tendo uma vista que ficará para sempre em sua memória. Quartos limpos e uma grata surpresa: o hotel fornece placas com diversas opções de horários para você escolher que horas quer que leve seu café da manhã no quarto (com cafe, leite, suco de laranja, torradas e doces deliciosos, além de chocolate diariamente). Com certeza, super-recomendo!

ótima cabana

Cabana com 2 quartos amplos e uma sala com cozinha grande. Estava tudo em ordem e muito limpo. Fica entre o centro da cidade e o parque Nauel Huapi, o que torna a localização muito boa para passear em ambos. Porém é recomendado para quem esteja de carro.

Beautiful apartment with a great host.

Place was great. Apartment was large for a family of 4, and beautiful. Marcelo, the landlord, was very nice and helpful. He provided us with good information about the area and about possible things to do, as well as good restaurants to eat. Overall was a great base for bariloche.

Excelente hotel y gran servicio

Excelente el servicio de este hotel. Para familias está muy bien pues es silencioso y con gran espacio. Tiene cocina, refigerador y todos los implementos para cocinar allí. Los acabados son modernos y la atención de los dueños es excelente!!

Recomendo

Ficamos 4 noites hospedados no Lagos der sur. Gostei do quarto de início pela vista para o lago e o jardim de rosas na sacada. Apesar de ficar a 4km do centro de Bariloche, fomos mais de uma vez a pé, pois a caminhada é agradável. Dá pra ir a pé também até o teleférico de cerro otto, pois é bem próximo. Nosso quarto foi limpo e arrumado todos os dias. Como tem uma mini cozinha, permite preparação rápida de alimentos. Recomendamos.

O Hotel é agradável e provê muito conforto. fiquei em um apartamento com uma sala grande com tv e cozinha que tinha dois sofás que se transformavam em 4 camas de solteiro, além disso tinham dois quartos, um com cama de casal e outro com 2 de solteiro e dois banheiros com banheira. Para família, tudo de bom. Tem supermercado perto e uma linda vista para o lago. O único inconveniente foi que a reserva foi feita em reais. Na hora de pagar lá, só pode ser em pesos no cartão. Assim, com um câmbio desfavorável, em reais ficou mais caro do que a reserva original.
