“Localização imbatível ”

“Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until...

“Lovely hotel and spa. The room was beautiful with a hard wood finish and fire place, with amazing lake views. The family loved the spa and pool area (although the hours were a bit limited from 11 am to 9 pm making it difficult to enjoy if you had day out plans). Overall I’d say it was the perfect hotel visiting Bariloche. ”

“Banheiro com odor ruim. O motorista que indicaram para transfer não pareceu muito gentil à primeira vista, pois nem sequer estendeu a mão em reciprocidade quando o encontrei e fui cumprimentá-lo. Ademais, pareceu querer tirar vantagem quando ofereceu receber o valor do serviço em real brasileiro. Explico.
