Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised ā€œhot rocksā€ and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes šŸ¤”

This was up by a ski resort a bit far from everything. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi was overheated. We were not able to use it. The facilities were nice but no laundry to use

El hotel estĆ” caminando de la base de Cerro Catedral. Las instalaciones estĆ”n bien aunque se ve viejo y con poco mantenimiento. Lo terrible es que la habitaciĆ³n huele a cigarro. Al no fumar yo, era muy molesto llegar a la habitaciĆ³n

O quarto no qual ficamos era excelente, tinha dois quartos, dois banheiros, cozinha completa e sala bem espaƧosa. Chuveiro excelente, cama boa. Como Ć©ramos em 5 pessoas, uma delas precisou ficar no sofĆ” cama. O hotel nĆ£o Ć© ski-in ski-out como li em alguns depoimentos, tĆ­nhamos que andar cerca de 10min atĆ© o lift (Amancay) com a bota de ski/snow no pĆ©, ficava um pouco cansativo. Mas no geral considero o hotel excelente.

Arrombaram a janela do quarto, reviraram tudo, efetuaram roubo no quarto do hotel, nenhuma camera, seguranƧa 0 e ao chegar no hotel nao tem apoio de ninguem com as malas!!! Cafe da manha quase sem nada, fora aue o restaurante que era para estar aberto todas as noites das 4 noites que ficamos so 1 noite estava aberto

Acionamos a recepĆ§Ć£o e prontamente resolveram o problema instalando 2 camas dobrĆ”veis com colchĆ£o mais grossos. De maneira geral muito bom, recomendo.

Easy walk to gondola a bit far to 6pax lifts. Great view of the mountain. Consistently good food for breakfast and dinner. This is a great option for a proterty with a kitchen but there are less expensive options available. We found the restaurants, both here and otherā€™s in the village, to be very reasonably priced so we did not utilize the kitchen at all. There is a convenient store very close but with a limited selection of food. Otherwise a trip in to Bariloche he would be required for groceries.

Great location, but disappointing overall

The hotel is very convenient to the slopes, although more like 500-1,000m than 100m as noted in other reviews. Rooms are outdated, though. Beddings is not comfortable. In addition, inconsistent information from staff was provided at check-in about the ability to pay in local currency, which created a significant problem for me and caused me to lose several hours of sightseeing on the last day to sort out the problems.

Management did not took care of complaints

Even the small one bedroom apartment is nice, the detais were very bad. For example> Shower curtians were too high and water will flood bathroom, water pipes will sound all day and night, making slepping difficult, no hangers in closet. Requested assistance from maneĀæagers, but did not do anything.Breakfast is deone in a very small room, that there is no space at all, and food was very bad.
