The owners, Nick and Ann Marie did everything possible to make me feel at home. The rooms are vintage but well maintained. If there’s something you need, ask and it’s done. The motel is in a great location, walking distance to all kinds of cool restaurants, and just a few minutes from the beach. I will definitely be back!

Dave and AnnMarie were super helpful and very nice. They welcomed us and made us feel at home. They also were quick when we needed something even letting us have the option to use a surf board. Will definitely want to book again! The rooms were very clean.

The owners are what really make this hotel special. Friendly, helpful, fun, just great people. They love what they do and it shows in every aspect. Beds are very comfortable and my husband and I slept in every morning. Having places to sit outside and enjoy the weather is a huge bonus. The location was also great.

This small Motel is a reasonable place to stay in San Clemente. The Owner is on property and extremely kind and accommodating. The room is quite small but doable for a couple. Loved the outdoor area with a picnic table and a small couch with side tables

Owners were super nice. Let us check in early. Two complaints one I hate a overhead light on the ceiling could use a lamp or two. And more towels, There was just one washcloth, one hand towel and two full-size towels, and they were really thin. Conveniently located, a free trolley that runs right by the place to the pier. Oh, and the bed was the most comfortable bed.

Our stay was awesome! The owners are extremely nice and very helpful with anything you may need! Parking was super convenient, the room was clean and stayed a perfect temperature the whole time. The setup they have is fantastic and we will definitely be going back next time we travel to the area!
