“The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and eager to respond when I had a question. They have a 24/7 chat as well, which is very nice. They gave suggestions of what to do in the city and even some local favorites. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Gaslamp Quarter. Balboa Park, Old Town, Coronado Island, are all within 10 minutes drive!”

“When making the reservation I specifically requested a room with no perfume or fragrances. We had to check 3 different rooms before I could find one that had minimum amounts of fragrances. I then had to wipe down everything to get rid of the rest of the fragrances. The air conditioning trickled out air. Two of the rooms didn't even have working air-conditioning. Older Hotel but quaint. ”

“아침으로 나오는 또띠아에 타코 만들어먹기 좋았어요. 첫날부터 세면대물이 안내려가더니 막혀있었는데 빠르게 수리해주셨고 위치가 어딜가던 20분 걸려 무난했어요. 방도 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셨구요. 호텔앞 다양한 음식점들이랑 랄프있어서 장보기도 좋았습니다. 주차장 무료인건 최고구요. 세탁실도 있어서 잘 썼네요~ 수영장도 은근 많이 놀던데 수영복 안가져가서 못놀았네요. 다시가도 여기로 선택할 것 같아요! ”
