"The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely.
Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water.
The bedding is pretty terrible and rough and was only provided a sheet, no blankets or comforter.
WiFi didn’t work and when I asked the customer...

The staff are absolutely amazing and really hope to settle in and give great suggestions for places to eat in the evening. Room was clean tidy and Aircon was fantastic along with a very comfortable bed which insured a good night sleep. Now looking at booking next year it was that good."
