"We booked three rooms for a concert weekend and unfortunately did not end up staying at this property. Upon entering the rooms, we found bugs present, strong smoke odors, stained bedding, and overall unsanitary conditions, including hair left in one of the sinks. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys, and informed staff that we would not be staying overnight. The most frustrating part of the experience was the difficulty resolving the refund afterward. Expedia ultimately assisted us, but the process was much more stressful than it should have been. I understand this is a budget motel and was not expecting luxury accommodations, but I did expect basic cleanliness and a usable room."

"Called to ask if we could check in early. Clerk said yes but left out the $40 fee. We had 4 people in the party and they only provided 1 key because they were out. The room only had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth (that was dirty). The tub still had hair in it and the mini shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were already used. There was medical tape stuck to the wall. There was food in the refrigerator. I do not believe the room was cleaned. The sheets looked “clean”. Luckily we only needed the room for a few hours after a concert. We slept on top of the sheets for a few hours until check out."

"I was so worried about bed bugs because I contracted some from a previous hotel in Gainesville. I had to get rid of most of my things and it was all around terrible. Previous reviews on google suggested there was some here and it made me worried for the worst. Howerver, I was quickly reassured by the wonderful lady up front and the room was absolutely beautiful (also clean). Perfect for me and my partner! We enjoyed one of the best breakfast buffets I had in a while and got to enjoy a well deserved break. I highly recommend!"

"Dirty bathroom Dusty lamps No phone plug in upgrades One big towel in bathroom Could not pay cash for room service so had to go downstairs to get the food after I had already settled in for the night after driving 9 hours. Hotel phone in room didn’t work. Had to call from my phone to ask about any kind of amenity help. Then I was put on hold for 10 mins. Had to call back to get any help. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this stay. I really thought I’d be in good hands with the Hilton name. I was wrong. "

"I was disappointed we stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room. I did not need new sheets but a made bed, new towels and trash dumped would have been nice. We were in town for a concert so paid alot of money for this hotel. beds super comfy as were pillows."

"Check in was good, the man behind the desk was very kind. The price was awesome especially since the hotels in the area were going anywhere from $500 to $1,200.00 a night (I'm assuming because of the Morgan Wallen concert.) I was only in the room to sleep for a few hours so it served it's purpose (checked for bed bugs all good there but the mattress was so disgusting!!!) There is a small opening at the bottom of the door in the room I stayed in so lovebugs kept coming in, needs a new paint job. I didn't take a shower, but needs upgrading. You get what you pay for though and I'm grateful it was there when I needed an inexpensive short stay."
