Secure parking and a beach right next to the property. At a warmer time of year it would be quite nice. Not a lot close by, but the walk to the Malecon and restaurants isn't too far.

Fantastic beach bedrooms in an wonderful location. The rooms are very compact and lack a kettle or coffee maker. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. The car was parked outside the door. Breakfast was very tasty on their restaurant overlooking the sea.

This place is a dump -- it's like staying in an active construction site. Check in clerk was nice and property is located on the beach....but those were the only positive attributes about the place.

Perfect gem in beachfront San Felipe!

Clean, basic and tidy motel located ideally right on the beach -- far enough from the buzzy malecon to be peaceful, but close enough to easily walk to the bars and restaurants there. The sweet cafe serves breakfast and lunch, also located literally on the sand, so you never have to leave the property until dinnertime! There's a cute swimming pool as well and comfy lounge chairs on the beach. Great value, though rooms are a bit small and the overhead lighting is harsh so don't plan on spending too much time inside.

The room was clean, the beds were good and clean. The room shows it's age yet was nice and clean. The room air conditioner did it's job of cooling the room well, the A/C unit was just a little noisy. I would stay here again. I would recommand this hotel

The beach it’s great. Very quiet if you into that. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it serves the purpose of staying in there, sleep. Nice restaurant. Stay away during Passover holidays; there’s going to be tens of thousands of people everywhere. Come except during those holidays.

We did not have hot water when we arrived and took cold showers. There was hot water the following morning. Room was pretty rough around the edges. Pretty expensive for what we got. Much better options for less money in town. Location on beach is nice and exterior of hotel is in nice shape.
