“On my way to Taormina after renting a car in Catania, I encountered a traffic jam at a roundabout. It was then that the car behind me bumped into my rear bumper, causing an accident. I received the contact information of the driver who caused the accident, but I had trouble deciphering the handwritten phone number, so I asked for help at the hotel. A male staff member kindly called the driver directly and resolved everything. He also contacted the hotel in Palermo, my next destination, to...

“Sehr netter Gastgeber! “It was very comfortable and relaxed stay in Carlotta. We could feel that they greeted in heart and all hotel staffs remember our small preference even for the coffee style. Especially I hope you can have a chance to visit roof top restaurant in the morning for a breakfast or for the dinner. It is awesome, view, atmosphere, service and taste. they serves many kinds of dishes in the morning but at the same time it was really full of sincere. You should visit Carlotta!!”

“Loved the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Taormina. So, it's so nice to just enjoy, relax and be at peace after walking around. Our room overlooks the sea via our balcony. So, you can just see us relaxing both day and night out in the balcony. Breakfast was great. And most of all the host, Giovanni was excellent and made sure that we are very much taken cared of. Just what you want on a host.”

“It was such a fantastic time. I visited this hotel for my honeymoon. All the staff treated us kindly and introduced us to a nice room. I can't forget the ancient room and the wonderful view. Not only breakfast, but also the restaurant where I had lunch and the bar I used for dinner were all perfect. I won't forget the well-cared garden. It's such a wonderful place that I want to visit Sicily again later. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.”
