“Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner, The property is not well kept.”

“Me Encanto todo como siempre bien limpio el staff siempres atentos y todo de lo mejor mi segunda vez y volvere muchas gracias por la atencion 👍👌”

“Great hotel. Everything was good including the breakfast & Room. We got the 2 level loft room which included a jacuzzi in an outdoor patio. The only complaint I have is the massage I got from the spa. I would NOT recommend. It was like they were just lotioning me, and my wife’s bodies. I asked them to use more force, and they just didn’t know how to. Then they put an auto tip on my card without my authorization.”

“Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!”

“I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!”

“On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

“El personal es muy amable pero definitivamente deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.”

“A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. ”

“Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.”

“Poor maintenance and outdated equipment and furniture.”

“일년에 한븬씩 Cali에 오면 찾는데 언제나 맘에 듭니다”

“Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”
