"The all inclusive package is a great deal, each meal is a variety of delicious food and drink. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, they really seem to enjoy their jobs. The pool area and umbrella area on the beach are very nice. This resort is a step down on the party scale, but it's PERFECT for a slower, quieter experience. If you want the loud parties, take an Uber to San Lucas and enjoy the craziness there. Then come back to Posada Real for a calm evening. :)"

"The welcome staff and the restaurant staff and housekeeping were top notch. I was disappointed in the pool staff who brought drinks. There were may times we were trying to get food or drinks and often got walked past. The drinks were not very good. Our room had banging sounds in the air conditioning and for three days we got cold water. We brought the problems to the front desk and the response was thanks. We are aware. Overall it has good food and restaurants. Loved the Sante one the most. I liked it was a small resort so never a problem with the chairs or to get food. Would like to have more options for evening activities. "

"Pool on both areas were great, plenty room. Jose Luis at the pizza oven serves the best freshly made pizza, it outshines the buffet. Servers at the bar are awesome, Raul made sure my cup was never empty. However.. specialty food like the evening bbq left half of the people waiting in line in the scorching heat without a meal. Fortunately i got a plate but felt bad for everyone else. Some nights at the buffet, the food “ran out,” the head server said unfortunately thats all they were serving."

"The hotel is perfect to relax and get away from the crazy downtown area. You can sit and stare at the beautiful ocean all day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Betty was very sweet and helpful. "

"The hotel is at a great location. All the rooms see the ocean. Spacious rooms. A little windy, so make sure to bring some stuff for that both for day and night. The foods are hit or miss, hence the 4-star rating. If I'm paying this much, I'd expect the food to be top notch in all places not just a few."

"The hotel itself is nice but I was really upset at the fact that this is an all inclusive option (which I did purchase) and I wasn’t able to get a reservation at ANY of the restaurants inside the property. How is this all inclusive? We had to eat at the buffet every day, breakfast lunch and dinner. Don’t get me wrong it’s all you can eat at the buffet but I went there mainly for the restaurants because I wanted to try them. Staff in the hotel were overall helpful, no one could book me a reservation but they were helpful with everything else. It’s very clean. Another thing was that in the website there was an itinerary for activities, the ONE activity I wanted to do they kept cancelling it! 3x it was cancelled. I probably won’t be attending again. I was trying to relax and it was surprise after surprise, it gave me more stress to be honest. Trying to book things on my own. "
