Warning!!! this place is a total scam.

I made reservation for 3 nights with them and I tried to call them even before my flight for several time ahead.THEY DO NOT ANSWER A PHONE CALL. I arrived to the guesthouse 8:00pm at night and their door was locked, no light, no movement at all and I can hear the phone is ringing from inside when I dialed again to get their attention. I was scared and lost since the area was quite and am left in a strange situation by myself. After 20 mins, an adult in his early 20's came out to smoke (mariwana), very rude and he looks like he did not care at all as if it is normal for guests to return unlike their fully booked reservation. I contacted Expedia only to learn that Casa kibi kibi has denied the refund without any explanation by telling me I have agreed to thier policy. What?! SCAM ALERT! I am beyond disappointed. I I was left outside without a place to stay for the night. mind you my safety was highly compromised and I was forced to spend a lot more extra for last minute hotel booking after that. Unacceptable!

アットホームに出迎えてくれて、部屋は中庭に面しており、とても静か。英語ですべて連絡がとれます。長期滞在者も多いから友達作りは最高！若い騒ぐ客はいませんでした
