The staff at this hotel is wonderful. The rooms are unique. It has a nice breakfast. It is in a nice location to walk around the city, and there are some great restaurants, museums, theaters, and shopping nearby.

Great location. Friendly staff at reception desk and dining area. Bed is comfortable. The wall hangings and paintings are colorful and well done. Breakfast is adequate and nice to have fresh fruit every morning. Coffee is acceptable. Do take advantage of the ear plugs offered at the front desk as the train comes rumbling by several times a day and at night! Rooms are not air conditioned but can remain cool-ish with open window. Room fans can be of better quality but do move air around. Bath towels could be upgraded. Overall a very acceptable stay for the location and ambiance of the Fleur de Lys.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Fleur De Lys even though we were only there for one evening. The hotel was charming and clean and the staff was very helpful. We booked the suite with the jacuzzi and really enjoyed soaking in the tub after our day exploring the city. The room was spacious and cool. The breakfast in the morning was simple, but included eggs and pinto gallo so it would be a filling breakfast for anyone who enjoys those meals.

The breakfast was excellent! Everything is super clean in the room. The staff is super friendly and professional. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed and the fact that you can hear a lot of noise (the walls aren't very soundproof).

This hotel is in a centrally located area in San Jose with nice dining options nearby, shopping, museums, and theaters. Each room is unique and clean. Good place

Really nice place, rooms are small but you can go reading or discuss in the many places in the hôtel (cozy places) or on the little common terrasse. Clean place. Easy to walk from the hôtel to many places in the center of San José.
