“My legs are all bit up seems like they had bed bugs. The cleaning staff found some marijuana residue where I was rolling up and charged me for smoking in the room while I shared my room with my four children. They refused to take the charge off after the front desk staff agreed they saw me leave to smoke several times. I’ve stayed at several Hilton’s around the world and never had a bad experience. They need to do better.”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel with very large rooms, bar and restaurant in the hotel so no need to travel unless you were looking for something more upscale there is an adjacent mall and casino not part of the hotel for additional nighttime entertainment. We arrived late and too tired to take advantage of that.”

“A sweet little hotel near the airport. It is locally owned and the folks do a lovely job of making the place comfortable and attractive right in the heart of the airport busy stretch. The staff helped us with parking and directions as well as arranged for airport shuttle for us. I highly recommend for your nights in/out of SJO. There is a pool, restaurant, and little outdoor rooms to relax in. Definitely give this place your business!”
