The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. ”

“No lights in hallway and building at night. You will need to use the light on your phone or a flashlight to find your room at night. Also at checkout they charge for cleaning the room. Worst place in Dumaguete.”
