“Hotel was in a really nice and safe location. Plenty of dining and shopping all within walking distance. Views of Lima’s coast line are within a few minutes of walking distance. Hotel had a nice gym with the necessary equipment for a nice workout. It also had a nice patio attached to the gym where you can workout or stretch outside. Really cool. Room was nice and clean. “Clean room, good location and friendly staff. Our safe and fridge both needed replacing and it took multiple asks to get it done but this is par for the course here. Room maintenance was pretty minimal - basically just made the bed. The morning we left for the airport there was no running water and we had to go showerless to the airport which was disappointing. Again, bad communication is par for the course and not necessarily a Sonesta-specific problem.”
