Thank you for staying in La Santa Maria. We work very hard to create unbelievable experiences for our guests. Unfortunately, we were not informed you did not like the beds or that you required an apartment with TV in the living room. All of our apartments have pillow top mattresses and cable TVs in every bedroom. We have hosted more than 200 different groups that have given us Five-Star reviews. We really appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience in the check-out process, as we do offer late check-out services, for a convenient fee. We always encourage guests to provide us with their wants and needs before their arrival, so we can custom tailor the best experience possible.
