Glass, glass and more glass... what better way to store art than in a artform like this building. Buildings are beautiful. Buildings are art. #stunningstructures
This is the lovely row of bamboo that leads to the entrance of Baiso-in, a very urban temple located along the ever busy Aoyama-dori street. The inside of the temple grounds isn't very uniquely Japanese, as the main temple building is actually a mid-rise glass-covered building. I thought it was an office building at first. So in that sense, I guess it is unique, but don't expect any traditional buildings here. Although the bamboo entrance is so lovely that if you're in the Gaien area, I feel like it's worth a quick look :) Closest station: Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line (right in front of exit 1b)
