One of the best hotels in Pismo Beach! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The view from the ocean front room can't be beat! Easy on/off the freeway, walkable safe neighborhood with many restaurant options within walking/10 minute drive.

I've been staying at this hotel for 50 years (originally called Town & Country). It has some minor inconveniences because of it's age (small bathrooms) but everything else about the place makes up for it. It's located near Cal Poly and downtown, we walked to both. The breakfast room has a country feel and the breakfasts include hot oatmeal, fresh in season fruit and local breads. There are several sitting areas including a deck outside the breakfast room that have views of the beautiful hills....

This hotel is a simples hotel with a 5-star service and excellent rooms. The owner is very gentil, he exchanged messages with mem from the beginning. Once I arrived his father did the check-in and was very friendly and joke around with my husband. The room was over my expectation, it has everything a 5-star hotel has. Wonder staff and it’s sooooo clean! Loved it. Had tons of shops right across the street with the Madonna Inn just right down the road.

This hotel was inexpensive, but it was clean, with easy access to the freeway. It was also quiet. Which was nice. It was only a 15 minute drive to the San Luis Obispo airport, which is why I stayed there. All the hotels in San Luis Obispo were way over priced. This one was perfectly comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again,

Darling, cozy room that is newly renovated. So clean and comfortable, I highly recommend. Love the little fire pits areas, bikes to use and ping pong. Very friendly lady checked us in, we were happy all around and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Hotel and well attended. Only complaint was thin walls. I could hear conversations of guests/Employees?? next door early in the AM. Almost like they were in our room.

We Knew what and where it was. You are going to have to pay more for a hotel if you want an ocean view.

We stayed through the week, so the hotel was quiet. The room was small but clean and neat with a great view of the ocean. It had a small mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The convenience of being able to leave the room and walk to the pier in a couple of minutes is a plus. We will definitely stay there again.
