Mal, lamentablemente el Hotel no esta bien organizado nuestra recepción fue lenta y nos asignaron una habitación con muchos detalles negativos, sucia, la TV nunca funciono, sin aire acondicionado, el desayuno que ofrecen pésimo ya que conforme vas llegando de 8 a 11 se va terminando y no van rellenando la comida, por lo que la gente que llegamos después de las 10 am ya no alcanzamos, el gimnasio esta fatal... nada sirve.

Necesitan mejorar

Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son bastante limpias, hay algunos puntos que demeritan la calidad general del establecimiento. Justo al lado del hotel hay un bar, desde el jueves que estuvimos allí tienen música desde las 9 hasta las dos o tres de la mañana. Esto aunado a que los colchones están algo duros (lo mismo que en otros hoteles en los que he estado) dificultan el descanso. Por otro lado, el WiFi del hotel es bastante malo, estabamos en el primer piso y aùn así fue practicamente imposible permanecer conectados. El servicio de TV por cable es díficil de entender, al igual que el WiFI, durante toda nuestra estancia no pudo ser usado el servicio.

No nos gusto que a ambos lados del hotel hay centro nocturnos y la música se escucha en las habitaciones. El desayuno buffet es muy ligero.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y se encuentran en buen estado, la habitación tiene lo básico, es cómoda y el personal de recepción es muy amable. Aspectos a mejorar, el desayuno, este se da en una mini cafetería donde los alimentos que son muy básicos (jamón, queso, pan, cereal, jugo, fruta y yogurt) están en cantidad escasa en una barra de autoservicio, por lo que nunca hay de todo. Deberían hacer un mejor calculo de comida respecto al número de huéspedes o servir a cada huésped un desayuno armado. En este momento están realizando trabajos de ampliación y por esto hay mucho ruido desde temprano, ruido de construcción y la música a todo volumen que ponen los obreros por lo que es imposible descansar bien. Otro aspecto a considerar es que al lado del hotel hay bares y desde el viernes se siente la música en la habitación hasta la madrugada.

La limpieza de las instalaciones es excelente; a pesar de que son reducidas, resultan muy agradables. Mi único "pero" es que la habitación que me dieron del otro lado está pegada a un bar, por lo que el ruido de la música es perceptible hasta la madrugada.

Es un establecimiento limpio, con personal atento y muy amable, a un precio bastante accesible. En este momento se encuentra en remodelación así que hay un poco de ruido después de las 9am, pero fuera de eso lo encuentro muy satisfactorio.
