My experience here was incredible! The staff and location made me want to return next year. We had a very good view and Carlos was a very helpful host. I would highly recommend this place as someone's first stay in San Miguel.

We had an incredible stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. The front desk gentleman was welcoming, helpful, and very kind. We felt very safe and comfortable, especially with 24 hour personnel. Rooms are very clean and charming. We also loved our breakfast and never felt a need to go somewhere else. Our wonderful stay at Casa Calderoni made our vacation at the beautiful San Miguel perfect.

Charming B&B in great location

Casa Calderoni is a lovely B&B with wonderful artwork throughout. Beautiful garden area and the rooms are tastefully designed. Very comfortable with freindly, supportive staff. Grest location close to the Artisan Market, 3 blocks from the cathedral & square. The only imporvement that needs to be made is their breakfast - it is not tasty and limited offerings.

I had my small and intimate wedding in San Miguel de Allende and booked my wedding party at Casa Calderoni. We loved everything about the property -the wonderful staff, the beautiful and comfortable rooms, the close proximity of the location to the main square, and the breakfast options they give you are simple but delicious. Upon arrival my husband and I were given a room upgrade with a balcony and my husband's separate room the night before our wedding was gifted to us by the manager Luis. Him and his staff have made our stay truly wonderful and memorable! My bridesmaids loved their room as it came with a terrace overlooking San Miguel de Allende. Casa Calderoni is on a quiet but very picturesque street and is 2 minutes away from the Mercado de Artesanias and Mercado San Miguel, our favourite coffee shop in SMA Lavanda Cafe, and the property is across the street from Jacques a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant with pizza, smoothies, and sandwiches, it is also steps away from Ali Salon, El Encanto and so much more. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back!

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, pleasant surroundings. Only flaw was the lack of hot water one morning and no one at the front desk to report that to. (It was fixed a short time later.)

It is a lovely place to stay. The property is on a quite one way street, and easy access to the major attractions. I love the decoration. Very artistic. The bed is comfortable. It would be great if we have coffee maker in the unit.

Casa Calderoni is located in a quiet and beautiful street several blocks away from the main garden in San Miguel Allende. This B&B has a lovely courtyard and just a few rooms, making it intimate and cozy. The beds are comfortable and the shower is strong enough. Luis, the manager, is knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I loved the huevos rancheros for breakfast. I recommend Casa Calderoni and definitely will consider staying there again.

We stayed 9 nights at Casa Calderoni (Jan 7-15, 2026) and it was the one bright spot in an otherwise disastrous vacation. My wife became ill and had to spend 6 days at the hospital. Fortunately, the staff (Luis, Miguel, and others) at Casa Calderoni was WONDERFUL. When we had questions, they had answers, when we had problems, they had suggested solutions. We can't say enough good things about the great treatment we received there.

Cleanliness massively needs to improve as well as maintenence. Clogged shower drain, tub would not plug. Needs more outlets, heat is only from an electric portable heater, it's an old building but i wish that was disclosed on the listing. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the hotel itself is beautiful and the location is excellent.
