good option to be close the center of things.

Very close to Center area. Customer service was excellent. If you have a room on the church side the bells ring all night. Some of the rooms don't have windows which keeps the church bells quieter but can feel claustrophobic.

It was very convenient to get everywhere. The staff were lovely. The valet broke the windshield of my car and didn't tell me. I didn't report it because, if he didn't report it, he would lie.

I really enjoyed my staying with my mother for the first time at the beginning of June. I tried making reservations for December but unfortunately the property was not available. The only thing that this hotel is missing is a restaurant to have a free breakfast for customers during the stay but other than that everything was great. The friendly staff like Daniel and Juan Antonio were so helpful at all times. Thank you everyone.

I've read a few sour apple folks complain about the bells in the village of San Miguel. Honestly, the bells are part of the charm of this village and there is no escaping them. After a day or so ... the bells are part of the fabric of your soul and the magic of SMA. The Hotel - excellent - the staff was always there, super friendly, and responsive. What more can you ask for? Thank you for a great stay.
