On the front, there's some convenient tables and chairs to enjoy the pleasant scenery. Unfortunately, there's one BIG con: the only window in the room is the upper part of the main door (it's a splitted door) with no curtains, which means no privacy at all if you want to keep the window open. "Last visited this hotel on 2007. It hasn’t changed much, although it looks like they are making a start. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Staff were friendly and helpfully. Don’t expect luxury, but it’s fine if you want a base for a few days."

"Great parking directly under the hotel. Restaurant across the street was delicious but took advantage of what they sold us (different review). Not pretty, but clean. Front staff on arrival was concerning, apparently if you don’t speak Vasco (Basque), the female at the desk, gets rude. Overall it was a place to stay. I would not stay in Gijon again, very industrial and loud. No rest because of a lovely train station next door."
