Magical Rustic Hotel

I loved staying at this rustic but very charming hotel. The staff is super friendly, the layout is original (little thatch-roofed stucco huts), and the view is unparalleled. I won't forget reading on the roof-top patio overlooking the waves coming in!

The casita de playa was breathtaking, waking up every morning with the sound of waves, animals, and the warm ocean breeze was a life changing experience. Being able to cook breakfast and rinse off in my own private space on the beach could not be matched. The proprietors and family who manage the hotel were extremely kind, knowledgable, and helpful. The body and facial services from Eliel and Marcos were so wonderful, I left feeling like a new person. I wish I could live here.

Very basic accommodation but beautiful setting perched on the cliffs. A bit of a climb from the beach to my room, so good for the cardio! The room has no a/c or tv, but wifi is ok depending on your location. Fans were provided, and mosquito nets for the beds. Restaurants about a 10 minute walk away… very reasonable price for awesome food. Breakfast and coffee are available at the property, served by friendly staff. I would stay again, provided the fans are available!! Biggest complaint is that it’s difficult to find with ease, as hotels tend to be on sand/dirt tracks, and fortunately, I was able to inquire of a local” donde es Shambala?”, and was pointed the way up a winding track…there was enough room to park. Very basic, but beautiful too, for those who don’t require the creature comforts of a modern hotel chain

Es un lugar que no debe promocionarse en expedia porque no es un hotel. Son cabañas con baños compartidos similares a un gallinero. Piso firme, no te ponen jabón. Y EL BAÑO ES COMPARTIDO.
