The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are very well appointed and so comfortable! I slept very well! The staff were courteous and helpful. I was just a bit taken back by the amount of rules in the guesthouse. The 10pm curfew was kind of early. I can understand no food in rooms but the no alcohol rule was a bit absurd. It would've been nice to enjoying a glass of wine in the beautiful garden or in my room before bed. Despite...the staff made me feel welcome!

Great stay!

Good location, Staff was VERY helpful, personalized breakfast fresh every day. Staff arranged a driver (Hector) for us the four days we stayed in El Salvador, which really made our stay pleasurable and easy.Also staff provided us with medicine when a child took ill. Very helpful! Would definately stay there again!

Has beautiful gardens and art work, kind of a whimsical feeling about it. They put special care when tending to your requests. From the terrace you can appreciate the volcano.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. They have way too many unnecessary rules that make your stay uncomfortable. The showers only had cold water, no hot water at all. Laundry service is extremely expensive, and most of the time it was “closed” anyway, so you couldn’t even use it. On top of that, they don’t allow you to keep the room key, which is very inconvenient and makes you feel like you’re not trusted. Overall, not worth the money.

Room very small like a walking closet, extremely hot NO AC, with only an oscillating ceiling fan, bathroom hallway shared with other people dirty and with wet floors, if going out to leave room key with them, not able to arrive after 10:00 pm, front door locked, visitors only to stay certain times in the day.extremely dissatisfied and disappointed never ever to comeback.

This hotel has many rules not stated during the listing! You are not allowed to enter the hotel past 10pm at night. Moreover, every guest requires an ID, even if they are underage. This should be explicit stated because many people are traveling from far and may not always have official forms of identification.

The area around the property was very nice and very quiet. Theirs a pupusaria walking distance from the hotel and various shops. The hotel itself is very nice. The atmosphere is very pretty with its greenery and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only complaint is the breakfast and the ac. Some rooms dont have AC they give you a few fans but during the night it gets cold. They dont have breakfast here. The only thing they serve is a small cup of coffee thats $1 per cup. The wifi is free and strong. The time to check in is 10 pm after that they close the door and dont let people in or out. The hotel is very quiet, theirs never any loud noise so you can sleep or stay in the hotel no problem. Would stay again.

Property is fine, though not really worth the price I paid for the room. The silly rules made my trip not enjoyable. Constantly feeling rushed to make a curfew is ridiculous, and no accommodations for early check outs is just unacceptable. Their excuse was "you should have read the policy" and while it is available in other sites, the description of the rules on Expedia is wholly inadequate. Do not stay here, there are better located options for less money and with better accomodation, where they do not treat you like an untrustworthy teenager.

I booked my reservation and arrived at the hotel early in the morning to check-in and drop off my bags - The person at the front desk took my details and payment, to which I replied I would be coming back later to officially check-in. Fast forward to after check-in time, I arrive at the hotel and two other people at the front desk deny my reservation and say their is a malfunction in the system and will not honor the price given, which I already paid for! I speak with the manager on the phone and still can’t resolve their mistake. Don’t waste your time with this place, there is no communication among the staff and will make you waste your time with their incompetence.

Hotel schließt um 22:00 Uhr. Danach kann das Hotel nicht mehr betreten werden. Es gibt sehr viele Verbote, z.B. das Essen auf dem eigenen Zimmer! Darüber hinaus ist die Anzeige irreführend: es wird nicht deutlich ausgewiesen, dass es sich um Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer handelt.

Te indican que el check in debe es de 7 a 10 pm. Peor no te indican que si quieres salir y llegar despues de las 10 pm no te dejan entrar al hotel. NOsotros tubimos que quedarnos una noche en otro hotel, ya que ibamos al concieto de Karol G y este termino 1 am. Perdimos esa noche por llegar de madrugada.

De inicio no me respetaron la habitación que pague prometía dos cañas y cuando llegue me dijeron que era otra ,las personas que me atendieron fueron necias , en la descripción de la habitación cuando la compré incluía desayuno lo cual tampoco fue cierto , habitaciones muy pequeñas e incómodas , por el mismo precio estuve en otro lugar más cómodo en la misma ciudad una semana antes
