Hotel descuidado, nada funcionaba y avisado desde que ingresamos y ya con tarifa pagada no se podía hacer nada, cuarto sucio y camas incomodas además que desayuno simple. Costo beneficio malo.

La publicidad o fotos de habitaciones y servicios son engañosas. No tienen restaurante. No tienen elevador ni a nadie para subir o bajar equipaje. El personal necesita capacitación en servicio y atención a clientes. No creo volver a utilizar este hotel.

El personal con una atencion muy buena, sin embargo el mantenimiento de las instalaciones necesita mejorar, la recepcion y el area de entrada asi como algunos muebles se ven muy deteriorados, la alfombrad de la habitacion estan manchadas.

Pésima estadía, no lo recomiendo

Pésimo, asqueroso, todo de malísima calidad, cucarachas, piscina sucia, mantenimiento inexistente, sucio, lo peor en lo que me he quedado en el destino, sábanas y sobre fundas sucias, no lo recomiendo para nada; lamentable para el personal del front desk que los pongan en esa situacion; el producto es de lo peor

Empleados trataron de extorsionar a los clientes

Se negaron a darle Facturacion a las 6 habitaciones vompradas. El encargado después de rentar y negociar 4 taxis el señor quiso cobrarnos el doble. Luego contratamos los mismos taxis por valores iniciales, eso es un asalto... No lo pagamos pero la señora admistradora quiso justificar envez de emitir criterio con rectitud y honrradez

MALA EXPERIENCIA.NO LO RECOMIENDO

NO LO RECOMIENDO. MALO. 1. El restaurante cierra demasiado temprano en la noche. 2. El desayuno tarda 30 mins en servirse. Tienes que constantemente levantarte a buscar cubiertos etc Aunque la comida era decente. 3. El área de desayuno y el lobby son muy calurosos y sin ventilación. 4. El baño no sirve. La ducha no tiene presión. 5. No tiene elevador. 6. El aire no enfría bien. 7. Muy poco personal. El recepcionista tambien sirve la comida. 8. No tiene linea de taxis propia afuera. 9. El precio es muy caro para la poca calidad del hotel. 10. La gente es amable. Es lo unico rescatable.
