Reserved on the 31st of January, they sent a message that they didn't have the room on the 1st at night and didn't pick up the phone to me or Expedia on the 1st and 2nd (*the date of check in) . I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Friendly staff
From check in to check out the staff was nice and very attentive. Good location. Working A.C. and T.V. Room on bottom floor, I was able to get some good night sleep.

I like that the property was walking distance to the mall . I did not like the fact that you needed to get a supervisor approval for toilet paper. The situation was : my friend had traveler’s diarrhea and the toilet paper had ran out. We requested for a new role of toilet paper and the concierge told us he needed supervisor approval to release a new role. Just then the concierge gave us a left over role from another room because they claimed the supervisor would release the new role the following morning. We thought that was not except-able. The coffee at the lobby was never hot and the water dispenser did not have the hot water option functioning. Very poor amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole neighborhood lost the electricity during a rainy night, thank goodness I had brought a flashlight. You were not able to make any local calls from the phone inside the room. In order to get food delivered to our room the concierge would place a call.

This place is very convenient to Metro Centro Mall, you can walk to it in about 10 minutes and is a safe area to walk around. This place is very clean and the people who work there are very nice. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend to families and friends. Good water pressure, hot and cold water. Air conditioner, tv, clean place. Free breakfast, free parking. I would come back again. Este lugar es muy conveniente para Metro Centro Mall, puedes caminar hasta él en unos 10 minutos y es un área segura para caminar. Este lugar está muy limpio y la gente que trabaja allí es muy agradable. Siempre hacen un esfuerzo adicional para asegurarse de que esté satisfecho. Se lo recomendaría a familias y amigos. Buena presión de agua, agua fría y caliente. Aire acondicionado, tv, lugar limpio. Desayuno gratis, estacionamiento gratis. Volvería de nuevo.

Amazing Location to Massive Mall
Budget value hotel in a great location to walk 4 mins to the massive shopping mall. The staff were super nice & helpful. I would stay there again!

Decent hotel for price paid
The hotel is ok. Needs a makeover. However, the staff is very friendly and nice. Area seems pretty safe. As a reference, the Intercontinental hotel is nearby. Rooms have a/c and private bathroom. Overall it is a decent hotel for the price paid

El hotel comodo para pasar un par de noches en San Salvador, la señal del Wi-Fi era muy debil en mi habitacion.. en si un hotel para pasar la noche a pocos minutos de Metrocentro, el servicio fue bueno la atencion del personal excelente

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They changed me from an exposed room on the street side (noisy) to an inner room where I was more comfortable.

An authentic relax place in El Salvador
This hotel is a gem! Managed by salvadoreans this is a small property nothing fancy but really welcoming, a/c functional, hot water and they always have a smile at the front desk. Beds are not to comfortable and pillows needs to be changed besides that a good property near everything (Metrocentro, restaurants, bar, etc)

Church service at 7:00 a.m.
The Bad This hotel definitely wasn't worth the price. The room was small and dingy with thin sheets and the bathroom was moldy. Then at around 7:00 a.m. they began having church service. It was as if the guy was speaking in my room because I would hear every word he was saying; needless to say I couldn't sleep after this. The good. Close to Metro Centro which is a great place to shop and local clubs.

Nice hotel. Close to Metrocetro
Nice hotel. It is clean. The staffs are friendly eventhough they do not speak english. It is also clise to metro centro which is the biggest mall in El Sanvaldor

Mal servicio.
Me molesto que al llegar al hotel dijeron que no tenian ninguna reservacion tuve que esperar como 40 minutos para que me resolvieran, y mi check in se hizo una hora despues, decian que resolviera con la gente de la pagina de Internet que habia hecho la reservacion. Realmente mal servicio

Hotel Irresponsable
Pesima experiencia e irresponsable hotel, me presente con mi reservacion y me informaron que no tenian disponibilidad. No lo recomiendo por informales, tal como me sucedio a mi les puede pasar que lleguen al hotel y les digan que no tienen disponibilidad.

Sin importancia el huesped
La reservación Hermosillo-San Salvador, se realizo a través de un call-center de El Salvador. Al llegar a las 11:00 pm La reservación no existía. El encargado no le importo, se mostró indiferente. Tuvimos que, tomar un taxi y buscar otro Hotel. Lo cual nos llevó más de una hora.

DE TRABAJO EN SALVADOR
Es un lugar aceptable para pasar un par de noches. Se encuentra muy bien localizado dentro de una zona hotelera de San Salvador y próximo a una importante plaza comercial. Esto permite que el área sea relativamente segura, a diferencia de otros sectores de la ciudad que no gozan de buena fama. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y están relativamente descuidadas, junto con el baño que podría estar más limpio. Pese a esto, el personal es atento y en la medida de sus posibilidades ayuda a resolver las necesidades del huesped. Para aquellos que sólo estan de paso una o dos noches por San Salvador, es un lugar adecuado porque no habrá mayor problema para tomar la autopista hacia el aeropuerto.
