We were the only non Latins there. The restaurant played loud music all day. It is a resort where the El Salvadorans go for family parties. The rooms were clean and quiet, thank God. The staff was great. It’s hard to rate it because of the cultural differences.

The hotel was beautiful but there were a few things that needed to be fixed, sinks, doors, celing fans. But over all the hotel, staff and even the guests were amazing and friendly. We will be back

I’ve stayed here plenty a times, is not a bad options and enjoyable. This time (booking through expedia) they gave me a bit of a fight to cover my breakfast, which has always been included when we’ve stayed before AND IT SAID IT WAS INCLUDED WITH EXPEDIA. After contacting Expedia and speaking with the supervisor they agreed to cover it but warned me that “Expedia reservations do not include breakfast, only through booking or when reserving with them directly”… the supervisor was really great about it, but the front desk lady really did not want to honor it. Food is generally ok they have a nice pool and direct access to the beach. The rooms are comfortable.

In the morning I would go down and get 2 cups of coffee the first 2 days they charged $3.00 then the 3 rd day they tried charging me $4.50 after that I didn’t get coffee no more and refused to purchase anything else there. Poor Management and Major Cleanliness Issues We booked at Sabas but were redirected to Coco Blue Beach Resort upon arrival. Although it was presented as an upgrade, the hotel was completely unprepared. There was no front desk and no management system in place. We waited over an hour for our rooms; despite having a confirmed booking for two, they were overbooked and had to convert a storage room into a guest room for us. The hygiene standards were very poor. Both rooms were extremely dusty and had not been properly cleaned. Most concerningly, one of the rooms had been soiled by a pet. Since there was no housekeeping staff available, I had to clean the area myself using my own supplies. The service was equally disappointing. During dinner, the staff refused to split the bill between our two rooms. When we attempted to resolve the payment issue, the owner’s wife was highly unprofessional. She was confrontational and made offensive, generalized comments toward our group rather than trying to find a solution. While the physical property is new, the lack of staff, poor sanitation, and disrespectful treatment of guests made this a very negative stay. This resort needs professional management and a basic standard of hospitality before it can be recommended.

I thought this was a great hotel and it was a very big spacious room with a very decent and very clean bathroom. With a stand-up shower and really hot water. It had an ocean view which was pretty amazing because you wake up the waves of the ocean. It’s a little bit after the main road, but it’s right on the beach so you can leave your room and be on the sand within two or three minutes of walking. Oh yeah, the air conditioning was really good and really strong. I checked in around 9 or 10 PM in the middle of a major storm and they had staff that was ready and waiting.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area. It is as advertised. They didn't give us oir complimentary breakfast as advertised on Expedia. No complimentary breakfast was the only drawback. Otherwise a lovely place.
