Large, lovely rooms in a beautiful hotel. The parking was a bit tricky to navigate but we managed. We loved that the location was walkable to the old city but in a more park-like setting and easy to get to by car. Our only complaint was the noise. There was a lot of construction happening outside the hotel (obviously beyond the hotel’s control) and the constantly jackhammering wore on us, but even at night after the daily construction ended, we could really hear the street noises.

Excellent facility, perfect size Room and Bathroom. The city center is 15-20 minutes beautiful walk, there is a Bus Station outside the Hotel. I really recommend this hotel!!

The room was large with excellent storage and overall a comfortable room. The hotel is located around 10-15 mins into the centre but there are local cafes and grocery shops within metres. It is a nice walk into the centre. The only feedback would be what happens in most hotels is the when the cleaners are cleaning other rooms, the amount of noise they make is considerable.

Lovely, unique hotel
Lovely hotel if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk to the city center, we didn’t!! Another option is taking the bus (28). The associates at front desk very kind and helpful. Lara was very nice. The cafeteria for breakfast was great. The only thing that could improve are the toiletries. Lack of body cream; conditioner etc. which I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Heel mooi hotel. Er was alleen geen parkeerplaats meer beschikbaar en daar hadden we het hotel op gefilterd. Een fles wijn op de kamer gekregen, alleen drinken wij geen alcohol.

Séjour Zinema7
Séjour de 4 jours donc 3 nuits à San Sebastian. Arrivés le 25 décembre après un long périple en train, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et un français impeccable (tant mieux car notre espagnol ne l’est pas…). L’hôtel est axé sur le thème du cinéma et chaque chambre est donc représentée par un acteur, la décoration est par conséquent liée au 7ème art (bobines, statuettes,etc…). La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse et le lit particulièrement confortable. Les produits de soin m’ont semblé de qualité. Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation qui n’était pas parfaite, mais cela n’a en rien impacté notre séjour. Nous avions pris l’option petit déjeuner et n’avons pas été déçus, car il était riche et varié et le personnel très attentif à nos besoins. Excellent hôtel à recommander.

Spoilt by pigeons & dirty building next door
About a mile from La Concha but it's an easy walk or take a direct bus across the road from hotel. Just one critism. Smallish well appointed clean room but our balcony overlooked pigeon invested dirty ajoining building & room next door (901 I think) was adjoined to it. What a shame in such a smart hotel.

JUST AMAZING ZINEMA7 HOTEL
Amazing service from minute we step into the hotel – Reception guy and lady did best effort to find us a Quiet room. We got corner room on top floor with amazing balcony and great views. Lots of space and dedicated to Alfred Hitchcock with books, Photos etc. Did I mention Reception have a list of amazing OLD fashion movies you can borrowed and show at one of the 2 tvs set in the room. Bathroom with bath tub and jacuzzi. Nice coffee set for people like the tiny expresso – sorry we diid.t touch that part. Service at the hotel always and easy to talk to the reception (and sorry I did get the name of the afternoon shift guy) Just amazing service – always willing for a short talk. One night we even try the full dinner, with great service and Absolut amazing dinner. The two servers was so nice to take time to explain everything's. Location is only short walk from train or bus station and a little longer walk to Centro. Absolut worth the money for this stay. We will be back to this beautiful city and amazing hotel.

Very nice property with in building safe parking and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. It is a full 20 minute walk or a 7 euro cab ride each way to the Beach. But a very nice hotel. Food options are some what limited but then at is very good with excellent mixed drinks.
