Limehouse was a well-maintained property and really clean. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer combo since we're going on our 2nd week of touring the north of Spain. There is a self-check-in process that works great, and if the code isn't provided before you arrive, it's easy to call the phone number in the reservation and they will quickly send you the code. All in all, a pleasant stay!

Limehome San Sebastián Zubieta Kalea – San Sebastián, Spain 🇪🇸 Overall, everything was perfect with this stay. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option if you’re looking for a central place to stay, but just be aware that the rooms can be compact.

No ability to hold luggage, otherwise good hotel

Communication was not good, especially about early check in - I really only found this out at the normal check-in. This is quite important as the hotel is not manned, so if you arrive early there is no easy way to store luggage there until check in is open - which made the first day in San Sebastián a bit more difficult

We were 2 min late for check out and the system locked us out. I tried to warn the company via chat bot but nothing happened. It took 45 min to connect and get in our room to retrieve our luggage. Also the room looked out over a courtyard garbage area. No view whatsoever.
