“- Two elevators in the hotel, one of them is not working and people are piling. - check in of one of the rooms was delayed till after 3:00 pm - the A/C was not working - the automatic key was not working in the whole hotel till 11 pm - no room service available while the staff keep on saying “coming now”. - breakfast is poor in variety and very poor in quality. A regrettable experience. Never again.”

“This location is about a 20 minute walk to the sea coast. The walk offers a lot to take in within old Alexandria. The location itself is safe, the front desk is excellent, and is welcoming. I would recommend this location for an adventure seeking travelers.”
