“Staff is very friendly, but the food wasn't the best. This was our 2nd time going to grand palladium. Our 1st visit was amazing! But the 2nd time around, things weren't great. We're planning our trip back next year, so hopefully by then, the few problems we had will be resolved, but overall we had a great time.”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating.
Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience.”

“I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub.”
