โThe hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but thatโs common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot.
The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue.

โStaff were wonderful, especially late evening desk clerk Alfred. Bed comfortable, clean room & bathroom, enjoyed breakfast options.
Rooms could use an update, also curtain missing over windows in 2 rooms I reserved, we & other couple awoken early from light shining in, would have appreciated a couple more hours. Air conditioner loud & not able to adjust.โ
