"The staff working here were so friendly, chatty and very personable. Room was very clean, the pool area also. A nice chilled environment, not to far from San Antonio Port. Great to be able to dip in and out of the nightlife as and when wanted to. "

"On arrival the pool was green with rubish floating in it. This was not cleaned until the second day of our holiday. During our weeks stay our room was not cleaned once, we had to go to reception for toilet rolls and clean towls. Reception were not at all friendly and seemed to answer every request (i.e. taxi, hairdryer) with NO....the kitchen was basic with no toaster."
