Peccato che Hotels.com non l’abbia informata della prenotazione e pertanto, al nostro arrivo, le stanze non erano pronte ed abbiamo perso un’ora attendendole. Nonostante questo, si è attivata subito. Inoltre l’indirizzo di Hotels.com era sbagliato, se non fosse per questi disagi sarebbe stato tutto perfetto.
