“Very good view, nice location. Close with Seaside, also train station. Parking area are near (not free)”

“Our room was a good size, bright and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the "old school" elevator. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and breakfast was ample enough to keep us going till we ate again later in the day. The location is perfect to explore Rappallo and also right across from the boat pier to explore Santa Margherita, Portofino and San Fruttuoso. Additionally, I had a car and the staff sorted our...

“There are only 6 parking places. If you have a plan for the weekend or busy seasons, ready for being annoyed of parking places. Very hard to find it. Breakfast : better to skip it. Room : I had a superior room with sea view: very spacious size and clean. But you have to share the terrace( it’s an open place) Service: don’t expect too much. Don’t ask too much. Not so helpful. Of course depends on the person who works. But a woman was very kind and helpful. Btw once to visit is enough for me. I...

“The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Mattia, Martina, and Aurora at the front desk were fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth the money. The breakfast staff were also wonderful, attentive, and very accommodating. The sea view from our balcony was absolutely awesome and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!”

“Hotel antiguo pero instalaciones modernas y funcionales”

“This place is perfect. Close to the train station with beautiful views. The staff is incredible”

“The room was very nice well and pointed with a smart TV. However, we were there for three nights and we seldom had any hot water after asking the staff to take a look at it two different occasions the swimming pool look like a swamp. The outside of the property was not well maintained. The walls were so thin that you could easily hear conversations next-door. The view was spectacular. The room was very nice. However everything else was not up to par.”
