"Excellent hotel in an amazing area a short walk to most attractions. Beautiful decor. Definitely get the room with a private bathroom. Not a shared one! It’s worth the extra bit of money and made our trip far more convenient"

"It was solidly very good and the front of house staff were attentive and excellent. Food was average and pricey (to be expected in a hotel I guess). Room was clean but there was only one glass instead of two (this was not corrected during the entirety of our stay - but we also didn't ask, I was just curious to see if it would be picked up by housekeeping unaided), and the bath had an unsighly chip in it, which was a bit offputting. The pool was excellent - a highlight amenity and the spa massage was very good as well."
