The hotel is close to everything: historical center, shops, restaurants. The staff is amazing! Great breakfast, clean room, laundry opportunity - everything is above and beyond! "Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too."

"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints."
